While you are in Australia we suggest you catch some great Aussie sports such as AFL (Australian Football League) and NRL (National Rugby League).  Come to the Jolly Swagman Hostel Sydney Reception for help in getting tickets for these events (depending on the season).

Afraid you’re going to miss your favourite sports while you’re away? Here at the Jolly Swagman Sydney Hostel we have all the pay TV Foxtel channels including Fox sports, 1,2,3 and ESPN. So you can keep in touch with the FA cup, European Cup and games from around the world.

The Jolly Swagman backpackers hostel Sydney is an easy walking distance to the Sydney Football Stadium and Cricket Ground, which hosts Australian Soccer, Rugby, Cricket, NRL and AFL. So you can get your live action fix!

Also, when you’re in Sydney, check out the Sydney Olympic Park, home of the 2000 Olympic games. You can catch a live game or just take a tour of this famous venue.
