Airport Pick up

FREE Airport pickup is available for Jolly Swagman Backpacker guests! Please make sure you are aware of the rules and conditions of this great service so that the pickup runs smoothly and your not left waiting at the airport Here are the conditions for the airport pick up:

• There is a minimum of 2 nights stay
• The service is available between 5am and 8.30pm (if your arrive outside these times you must make your own way to the hostel – other shuttle buses and trains are available)
• So you’ve arrived at the airport and have collected your bags now you must CALL Jolly Swagman Backpackers Sydney Hostel to let us know you have arrived. There are a few options available  - You can call us from the "Accommodation Services Boards"  they are located in every terminal of the airport – you’ll see our tile and connection number above the phones.  Or, find a pay phone and FreeCall to us on 1800 805 870.
• Once you have called us we will then explain where the designated meeting point is.  There is a different meeting location for each terminal of the airport. We will email you with all this information once we have received your booking.

You must be very careful and go to the correct meeting point, as there are strict rules enforced at the airport for shuttle drivers; this means they can only enter and meet people at these very specific locations. If you would like to do a bit of Duty free shopping, no worries, just be sure to do this before you call us, as the driver can't go looking for you if you are not in the correct location!!   IF you have any problems to find the location or don't get picked up in time - try asking an airport employee for assistance, or call the hostel once again so that we can find out the problem.
