Sydney Hostels DVD Library Grows

Take advantage of our amazing cinema room, equipped with surround sound, while enjoying some cinema classics as well as some new releases!! Favourites amongst some of the Sydney hostels include the movie set in our very own Kings Cross entitled ‘Two Hands’. This is an epic movie starring Heath Ledger and some scenes are shot outside the Jolly Swagman Backpackers hostel Sydney and that is why this building is so famous!!

No matter what your taste, you are sure to find a movie you like in our free dvd library. We stock comedies, thrillers, adventure movies, and even some horrors. It is not advisable to watch ‘Wolf Creek’ if you are a backpacker, but if you have nerves of steel and a strong stomach then go ahead and stick it on. Our dvd library is constantly growing so there is much to choose from. If you arrive on a Sunday, you will not be surprised to find fellow travellers munching on popcorn watching a new release, as Sunday is the hostel movie night!!
